⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ With an ever-changing menu, Massimo’s is absolutely the kind of place you need to visit more than once. After last night, I’m already wondering what we’ll find on the menu next time. From the moment we were greeted, the entire experience was fantastic. Our tour guide through the evening, Bleue, was top notch. She guided the four of us through this food & wine journey, made great recommendations, and added so much to the experience. If you can request her, do it. Between Bleue and Massimo, they know how to turn dinner into an experience. And the FOOD. 🀌 The clams. Grilled peach with prosciutto & burrata. Focaccia. Branzino. Duck. Braised short rib rigatoni. We kept ordering, sharing, tasting…and somehow every plate gave us another reason to keep going. Then came the carbonara pizza. Holy. Hell. That thing blew my mind. Easily one of the stars of the entire evening. If it’s on the menu when you visit, ORDER IT. Naturally, we couldn’t stop there. πŸ˜‚ The cannoli was unlike the traditional version I’m used toβ€”a wonderfully thin, delicate shell and absolutely decadent. The tiramisu was spot on, both texture and flavor. And then the ice cream: pistachio, vanilla, salted cara

My mom and I had the pleasure of dining at Massimo’s for their soft opening and OMG, was it spectacular. First of all, the food. Oh. Em. Gee. Not a bad dish to be had. We started off with the Crudo which was light, bright and refreshing. The citrus segments tasted like they were just picked and peeled. And the hamachi could have been caught just moments before it was served. That’s how fresh it was. Next up was the brΓ»lΓ©e’d pear with prosciutto and burrata. Now I love me some burrata, but that pear? Stop. Just stop. It was stupid good. I could have eaten it all day. Together with the prosciutto and burrata, it was a perfect balance of sweet, savory and salty. We loved this dish. Our third dish was the Zucca Al Forno which was an oven roasted butternut squash with whipped ricotta, brown butter, sage and a drizzle of honey, topped with pepitas. Yum yum yum! Since it was cooked in the oven, the skin had a nice char on it, which I always enjoy, and the sage was delicious. It was like fall on a plate and inspired me to attempt to recreate it at home. After that came the fontina arancini. The flavor profile was fantastic and we couldn’t get enough of the cheese sauce. If we weren’t
